What I do at SYSPRO
In my capacity as VP of Channel, I am responsible for shaping and executing SYSPRO’s global channel strategy across our partner ecosystem. This includes enabling our channel partners, strengthening solution capability, expanding market reach, and ensuring that SYSPRO’s customers experience measurable value through our extended partner network.
Who am I?
I began my SYSPRO career in Software Development , Manufacturing where i was responsible for the MES Solutions . I then moved on to the Professional Services Team, where I supported ERP implementations, MES , business process reviews, integrations, and technical enablement. This early exposure to customer operations and solution delivery gave me a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and ERP/MES capabilities.
I later moved into Business Development, driving enterprise manufacturing engagements across the Middle East and Africa. Through value-based ERP solution selling and long-term client partnerships, I established a reputation for translating operational challenges into technology-enabled outcomes.
As Channel Sales Manager for Africa, I expanded SYSPRO’s regional footprint, opened new territories—including the East Africa office—and strengthened partner networks. This role deepened my expertise in channel dynamics, partner governance, and multi-region sales execution.
Most recently, as Manager: Specialist Solutions (ISVs & OEM, EMEA & APAC), I led the ISV strategy, partner frameworks, MES/MOM positioning, and advanced solution development across international markets. I played a key role in aligning MES and ERP solutions, enabling partners, delivering executive presentations, and improving cross-regional sales performance—strengthening SYSPRO’s global partner ecosystem.
