As Head of UK Consulting Services, I provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of high-quality consulting and project services to our customers. I oversee both the Head of Projects and the Head of Consultancy, ensuring alignment across functions and fostering strong collaboration to achieve business objectives. My role is accountable for service delivery across our entire UK customer base, with a clear focus on consistency, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
I am responsible for shaping and driving the consulting strategy, ensuring that our solutions are innovative, scalable, and tailored to meet customer needs. By embedding best practices in project and service management, I ensure that delivery teams are equipped to provide outstanding value and measurable outcomes. I play a critical role in building trusted relationships with customers, acting as a senior point of escalation, and ensuring delivery commitments are met or exceeded.
In addition to delivery oversight, I focus on developing capability within the team—driving professional growth, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
