- Stage 1
Selection Assessments
Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role and have successfully completed a one-way/ telephonic interview, will undergo Psychometric Assessments.
- Stage 2
SYSPRO Interview
A Competency-Based Interview will be conducted to learn more about you competence, skills and experiences.
- Stage 3
SYSPRO Final Interview
This is a final interview stage with HR, Line Manager and an Executive member.
